The remains of four noosts lie at the head of the shore in the sheltered geo to the east side of Nouster. The largest contains the remains of a wooden vessel. ShoreUPDATE 13 May 2015 Site as described, a metal winch sits above the line of noosts. One of the noosts retains traces of stone lining, and two of the noosts contain the remains of small wooden fishing boats, which are now very dilapidated. |
