Description
See CANMORE.
Church is now in poor state, and entrances boarded up. Severe problems with rabbit burrows, with a number of bones and bone fragments disturbed and carried to surface by rabbit burrowing lying exposed on surface. The retaining wall, which forms the coastal defence, is in poor condition in places, and needs more maintenance.
The retaining wall should be maintained in order to ensure coastal erosion does not develop. The rabbit damage is severe, and there needs to be action to stop them undermining burials and the structure. The structure of the building is in very poor state, and should be consolidated before there is further damage. Building should be submitted to the Buildings at Risk register.
