Dun Eorodale (3358)
Description
| A fortified stack settlement on a tidal island, isolated from the mainland at high tide. There are ten small rectangular stone huts on the stack, and traces of a turf and stone wall have been found along the northeast side of the island, though this is considered to be for stock management rather than defensive. The complex has been interpreted as a medieval settlement. |
