Circular or oval thick walled sandstone structure, with hard light grey rich in shell inclusions, approx 6m diameter.
Built into north side of stream valley. East side still recognisable as a structure. West side much tumbled.
Identified on the 1st edition 6 inch OS as the ruins of Barns Mill. |
