Description

A cave entrance seen from below about one third of the way up the sheer cliffs on the west side of the inlet. The area in front of the cave is steeply sloping soil, very overgrown and vegetated. This is at roughly the same height as Wet Weather cave on the east of Smoo cave, from which Neolithic material has been recovered. A small flake of Quartz was recovered from slumped soil about 2m above the beach in front of the cave. Possibly Antler Cave?

None. This s of research interest with the other caves in the Smoo Inlet, but not vulnerable to coastal processes
