Boundary wall

Description

Corner and length of dry-stone wall, parallel to coast edge, surviving up to 8 courses high and extending c. 30m. oriented NE-SW. The wall terminates just north of stone jetty 12356. It appears to be a southward addition to a boundary wall, to enclose an area of the coast edge and upper foreshore. The rest of the boundary wall is shown on the OS 1st and 2nd editions, but this section is not and so must be early 20th century or later.
