Description

Timber panelled upstanding building existing to c. 4 m in height with a well maintained slate roof. Situated on a stone platform on the landward edge of the pier. The building measures approx. 5m by 3.5m.

Description It is the same building surveyed as MHG46564. Keep this record 11826 and delete record 11885 as it is the same building.
The wooden boathouse requires substantial renovation or will reach the point of no return.
Comments Please remove the record ID 11885 (its duplicated) as this is the same as this one 11826. There were two stone slabs propped up at the back of the boathouse. A shell midden was found behind the boat house where a property has recently been renovated.
