SCAPE wins prestigious award

SCAPE’s ‘Sea of troubles: Scotland’s eroding heritage’ wins Rescue Dig of the Year award

On March 2, 2012, Tom Dawson travelled to London to receive the prestigious Rescue Dig of the Year award on behalf of SCAPE.  The awards were presented by Julian Richards in the Senate House at the University of London. Winning more than 50% of the votes, Tom thanked all of the various local group members from around Scotland who made this award possible.
